Brokerage & Colorado disclosures
Peak Property Management Co. is a licensed Colorado real estate brokerage. Colorado law requires brokerage disclosure to tenants prior to signing a lease. A copy of the current Brokerage Disclosure to Tenant is available on request — contact us at office@peakproperty.co.
