We do not collect more than we need to respond to you and provide our services.

We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare rental analyses, manage properties and tenancies, process applications and payments, and meet our legal and contractual obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Third-party services we use
We rely on the following service providers, who may process your information on our behalf:
- Buildium (RealPage, Inc.) — our owner and tenant portal, used for applications, payments, maintenance requests, lease documents, and reporting. Activity in the portal is governed by Buildium's own privacy policy.
- Formspree — processes and delivers the rental analysis request form on this site.
- Google Fonts — web fonts served by Google when you load this site.
- Cloudflare — hosts and serves this website, and may log technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site fast and secure.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The owner and tenant portal (Buildium) uses its own cookies to keep you signed in, governed by its own policy.
Data retention
We keep inquiry and application information only as long as needed for the purpose you provided it, or as required by Colorado real estate record-keeping and other legal obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we are legally required to keep). Email us and we'll respond promptly.
